Inside Sales - Mechanical

Our Williston Branch is seeking applicants for the position of Inside Sales/Quotations- Mechanical. This position will involve doing take-offs and preparing quotes as per customer plans and specs, offering technical support, and responding to customer issues as it relates to the sale of mechanical products and equipment. Successful individual will work with commercial and industrial accounts as well as residential applications. Required qualifications for this position include: - Above average knowledge of mechanical (plumbing, HVAC) products and equipment - Strong sales skills, both via phone and in person, i.e.self-directed, results oriented - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills i.e. communication, customer service, team player - Minimum of two years of industry-related experience - Basic keyboarding skills and exposure to LotusWorks and/or MS Office

Outside Sales Associate - Mechanical

We are currently seeking an Outside Sales Associate- Mechanical for our North/Central Minnesota branch locations. This person will call on customers in the Alexandria and Bemidji areas. This sales position will involve calling on existing customers as well as developing new accounts. Duties include the active promotion of DSG products and services to both contractors and industrial accounts, negotiating contracts and bids, resolving customer objections, and assuring customer satisfaction in an effort to build a strong business relationship. Qualifications for this position include: - Above average knowledge of plumbing/HVAC products and applications - Minimum of three years of industry related experience - Strong sales skills (i.e. self-directed, enthusiastic, results oriented) - Strong interpersonal skills (i.e. communication, customer service, team player) Applicants must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record, as position will require travel throughout the north and central Minnesota. This position will require overnight travel.
